She Had a Towel in Her Nose

An audio magazine called Nice #4 was published years ago by Rod Summers in LP form. THIS LINK is to an mp3 file available on the web.

It’s me singing two stanzas of a folksy-hillbilly nonsense tune I wrote.

Here are a few more stanzas, not in the audio, which happen to have a common theme of food:

She had a ribbon in her hair,

She had a ribbon in her hair,

’till she had to eat some more sphagetti,

then she cooked the ribbon plus her hair.

She liked her chili quite pecanti,

She liked her chili quite pecanti,

’cause she kept the heat at 53,

and filled the bathtub up with chili.

She put lots of crackers in her purse,

She kept a lot of crackers in her purse,

She had a lot of crackers in her purse,

To feed the parrots at the church.
