A Spamalot Halloween Greeting!

Our favorite local theatrical/musical entertainment here in Columbus Ohio is called Shadowbox Live. They put on a great production of Monty Python’s SPAMALOT this month. While there with a group of friends invited by www.nakedsunfish.com host Rick Brown, who regularly writes up reviews of their productions at his website, I sent my book around a couple tables so we could write collaborative cinquains before the show started and during intermission.

Here is what each table came up with!

Meatball hammers

Spamalot muy grande

And violets are blue

(CMB, JMB, Jose Diaz, Wes Baumgarten, and Rick Brown)

Dead bodies rise

Poppin’ Fresh From The Oven

Poke his belly out – pop his eyes

(Linda, Craig, Sheila, Chuck, Dennis and Michael Toth)
